Stop-motion series featuring Rastamouse, Scratchy and Zoomer, crime-fighting special agents who solve mysteries and play in a reggae band. Zoomer is training for an important skate race against rival Zippy Gillespie, but Scratchy is worried that Zoomer is getting slower. When Rastamouse overhears a familiar tune he is able to initiate a first class plan to make a bad thing good.
